Sarah is a compassionate, wildly creative therapist who brings humor, imagination, and real-talk energy into every session. She works with adolescents and adults who are navigating life transitions, exploring identity, or figuring out how to thrive as neurodivergent or late-diagnosed humans. Her approach blends person-centered practices, goal-directed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and many other modalities, all custom-fit to you, not the textbook.
Sarah values true collaboration. Therapy isn’t a lecture; it’s something the two of you create together. In sessions, you can expect honesty, curiosity, gentle accountability, and a space where you don’t have to pretend to be okay. She believes that growth happens when curiosity replaces judgment, and she is committed to creating care that is inclusive, affirming, and accessible for everyone who walks through her door.
Starting therapy (or starting over) can feel like a lot. Sarah understands this deeply. Every person arrives with their own story, survival strategies, and spark, and she approaches each client with creativity, openness, and respect.
In her free time, Sarah tends to follow her creative impulses wherever they lead, which is usually somewhere fun and unexpected. She collects hobbies the way some people collect houseplants. She is always hunting for the coziest coffee shop corners, exploring local events and hidden gems, crafting, or treasure-hunting in thrift and antique stores. She also spends plenty of time with her three dogs, Ruby, Gertrude, and Riker, who firmly believe they are the main characters in her life (and honestly, they might be).
Sarah’s goal is simple: that you leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and empowered to grow, without sacrificing your sense of humor along the way.
